RATE AND PAYMENT METHOD:
Rate is based on the scope of work done within the accounting cycle (shown on the top-right-hand side of this page).
Payments are received through e-transfer or direct deposit.
Services are typically charged monthly, using an invoice from Ray’s Bookkeeping.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
Note: All work is done remotely
Recording expenses and revenues incurred
Recording payments sent and received
Recording changes in inventory amounts
Creation of invoices/receipts.
Creation of payroll stubs
Matching invoices, receipts, and bank statements to financial records
Generate financial statements/reports (including T4s and ROEs)
Storing/Filing financial documents within digital/cloud-based storage
Electronic payments for suppliers, payroll, CRA amounts, etc.
Miscellaneous digital data entry
Willing to negotiate additional financial responsibilities if the proper procedures are set up and
it is a form of digital data entry. However, additional services will result in an increase to the flat rate charged.
